You're sure one can get to CPanel? Whenever I try to I get sent to my dashboard/profile.

By default, your cPanel will be using the x10Hosting Basic theme. We skin cPanel to simplify managing a website for new users. You are free to switch to the normal cPanel theme by choosing "Switch Theme" in the top right, and then "Switch to cPanel x3".
