About FTP

Hi Too All,

I Am Registerder And a new User please Solve My Problem about FTP Account.
I Add an FTP Account But still i cannot loging To Ftp i am using FlashFxp as a ftp software and i also use CuteFtp but i cannot login to My Server Site
it gives me error That

230 Authentication failed : sorry

What Can i Do Now
Can Any one Help me In This matter.....

or can any one Tell me that where do i mistake I am very thankFul to you If you slove My Problem

hmmm.. Try puting this things:
Port: 21
Host adress: ftp.YOURDOMAIN.x10hosting.com or if you have your own domain ftp.YOURDOMAIN.com
username: the same username you use to log into cpanel
password: the same password you use to log into cpanel
