about joomla mail

i want a help about joomla mail settinggs can anybody help me in it?

1. login joomla admin
2. click on Global Configuration icon
3. click on tab that say * Mail *

Mailer: PHP mail function

Mail From: (your e-mail address)

From Nameyour name)

Sendmail Path: /usr/sbin/sendmail

SMTP Auth: no

SMTP User:

SMTP Pass:

SMTP Host: localhost
