And why I can't see file .htaccess from Cpanel File manager after I up load it ???

When you click on File Manager from cPanel, a little popup should appear before it loads the file manager. Make sure you check "Show hidden files (dot files)." .htaccess is a hidden dot file and you must have that option checked.

And yes, we support mod_rewrite. Do you need help using it?

The website that's working, is it exactly the same as the one you've put on x10hosting's servers? Is it already fully uploaded?
