About my country?

Well, im actually living in Argentina, and I have used this hosting from a long time ago. My old account was deleted, so I want to register a new one, but it says me that you are not taking requests from here?

Can i make an accout or it's impossible? The other day i was able to do everything of the sign in process, and today, when i want to click the link that you sent to my mail, the page said me that you are not taking requests from my country :S
