You have been suspended for hosting a phishing site. It doesn't matter whether you or your brother uploaded it, you as the account holder are responsible for every file hosted on it and you are therefore also responsible for the suspension.
This suspension is permanent and you will not be given access to your files prior to their deletion.
Also, please don't create multiple threads for the same issue. If it is happening accidentally then give the server more time to respond when you click the new thread button.
