I don't understand. What happens with my control panel? When I log in, I can only view information, but I can't do anything. I can not create o modify databases, ftp accounts, email accounts.¿The url of the Control Panel is https://x10hosting.com/control/?

This is not your control panel. This is Account Panel. your cPanel link is http://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2082

You can also find this link in Account Panel, Go to https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with forums username and password. Then Click on "View Details" right after your cPanel Name on the main page.

The details of your hosting account are shown on this page. Click on "Login to cPanel" button.
