If in my site I have a download link for example of fAdmin(my sourceforge project), Wordpress, Joomla, or any other. Can they suspend me my free hosting account?

As long as you follow the legal requirements for redistribution, eg, you dont claim you wrote it, you include all the relevant legal material and it is indeed open source and allows you to redistribute it, I dont see why not.
