You have communicated the disease that is a well known malicious botnet to our servers, whether by intention or not. You are also guilty of running a file hosting site, which is likely how it got on there. This would be a violation of the File Hosting section of the terms, and is indeed one of two major reasons we don't allow file hosting in the first place.
It's permanent, as gsonline said. File hosting's bad enough, but the CN1 botnet, also known as the SpyEye Botnet, trades in stolen credit card information, among other personal details. There is no reason we would ever knowingly allow it to continue running on an x10hosting account once discovered.
