Have staff replied to your escalated ticket?
If so, what was their answer? If they said no, then you won't be unsuspended. If they said yes, reply asking why it's not done yet.
And again, stop opening multiple tickets! This is your final warning; it's up to staff in the ticket I escalated. If they haven't replied yet, apologies that it's the holidays, but we cannot unsuspend you from here, period. If they -did- reply, then read what was said, because if they said no it's not GETTING unsuspended.
