I don't understand why there are 5 redirects to my domain in the root folder:
3F158IT1.public_html
5HT24KUF.public_html
FJCCD0LR.public_html
PMEUBEAL.public_html
U8KH7UDL.public_html

and also 3 redirects in the folder domains/civfrance.x10.mx :
2J12VV04.private_html
EV2KUS9T.private_html
IO0A2G9L.private_html

I don't understand why Disk Space is 423.6 MB, when my domain civfrance.x10.mx only 113.77 MB.

Thank you for making this post as mentioned in our Announcements we had about a dozen or so accounts that failed the full restore. Unfortunately, your account was one of them. We are still working to resolve this issue as we can. However, If you can confirm your site is working we may be able to help clean up these rogue files for you and you should be able to see service working as intended. if your service is not working currently please standby while we still resolve the issues.

I confirm that my site is working ( http://civfrance.x10.mx/lettres/civ ) but with an old backup of the files of the folder lettres/civ that I made in March. Do you have a more recent backup of this folder that you can restore ? Otherwise, you can do a cleanup of all unnecessary folders or files.
