Absolut ok ->cPanel doesn't work

Hi,
I hope those are all the info You need:

Domain: pigreco.x10hostig.com
Type: adFree
IP: 141.108.18.20 but I'm behind a router and I do connect from different places...

The problem is that I can't connect to cPanel.

Error message is:
Login Attempt Failed!

I don't know if it's correct to open a new thread about it.

I checked sticks and some other thread before do it

iam on absolute and cpanel does work for me....
