Abuse of a Domain and Pishing

Sorry my poor english, but today i detect that the page http://redired.x10hosting.com/ have an option to LOGON ON HOTMAIL and if you put you password .... its a way of phishing. the domain with the EXPLOIT its
http://redired.x10hosting.com/uilogin.php?mail=user@hotmail.com&nick=&log=556249972&domain=hotmail.com&cbid=24325&mspp_shared=&select=1&seclog=0&inicio=&svc=mail

Can you do something?

alsway if you logon on her page like a visitor with a user and password, bla bla, its there a form. you can see on the right the options to send de postal card to the hotmail acounts, that postal card has a link to thats website where do yoy "have to put your hotmail password".
