Access denial

hello!

I have added a domain as http://theshoppingart.co.cc and its working. However when i try to browse http://theshoppingart/cgi-bin/aws
i recieve an error like this,
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/aws/ on this server.

pl help me in this regard.

Assuming aws is a subdirectory of cgi-bin, do you have an index file in there?
Generally you should call specific files in cgi-bin and subdirectories.

http://www.MY-DOMAIN.com/public_html/cgi-bin/aws/apf_config.cgi

I already have checked this option

works. 'public_html' is not part of the URL.
