access denied for mysql inphpmyadmin

hi
i have domain vineetyadav.com
for this i am using database vineetya_1 as setup on my account.
up untill few days, i am getting db connect error on my site.
when i logged in cpanel, i saw there was no user for my database (all were deleted)
also when i tried opening phpmyadmin, it shows Access Denied.

further when i manually added another use and then tried, my site is now visible but i cannot use phpmyadmin as it is giving same error access denied

i wanted to bacup my database..
please help
