Access denied to my OWN images? What?

Hey there.
I DONT KNOW WHERE TO GO. SORRY.
I've never had issues before with X10hosting, and the forums are not easy to navigate. Im dumb. SORRY. I am a paying member. But I can't seem to find the paying member help forum. SORRY.

None of my images are showing up on my web. NONE OF THEM.
This is a MAJOR issue since my sites sole purpose is to show off the images I create.

You don't have permission to access /4.png on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

If you have a .htaccess file, rename it to htaccess.txt

The "development" package doesn't came with VIP Status & access to the Priority Support forum.
As Chris said, the problem that shows you the "404 error"/Access denied when trying to access your image is caused by some line in your .htaccess file.
As you can see, I re-named your .htaccess to .htaccess.bk and you can now access your images.
