Access denied to mysql

I get this error when I try to install Drupal:

And if I try to access through phpmyadmin:

Welcome to phpMyAdmin


Wrong username/password. Access denied.
"

If I go through Mysql Databases in Cpanel, I can add/remove databases and/or db users without problems... But I haven't managed to connect to it through my webpage (could be a buggy software)...

Go to cPanel and click on Remote MySQL.
Add these to the allowed list:
init.fris.x10hosting.com
69.175.6.94

Then try again.
If that doesn't work, I'll escalate this to staff.

Thanks, that worked perfectly! (I assumed you meant int.fris...)
Is this a temporary or the permanent solution?
Can/should I remove the int.cossacks.x10hosting.com entry?

It should be rather permanent.
It's not hurting anything but you can delete it if you wish.
