Access to Account

I created an web site in December of 2009. It looks like it was inactive too long and erased. I would like to re-create the web site. I can login, but I cannot get access to hosting. I have requested a confirmation email 10 times, but I have not received the email.

So I understand this right, you've signed up for a new hosting account and haven't received your confirmation email? Have you check your email spam folder?
