Access to http is 403 Forbidden and no cPanel

Hi,

I'm getting this error accessing my site:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access http://coelho.x10hosting.com/m/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Also, I can't enter cPanel:
Login Attempt Failed!

Please, help!

This should be fixed. If you need to update your cPanel password you may do so from the account panel.
