Access to my web site

Hello,

May account was suspended for inactivity. I have performed the steps to un-suspend it,
But now I use the old web links to try to access the control panel and they no longer work. And my web site is down (give an error): www.ingenieur.org

There seems to be 0Mb used for my web site with 0Mb free...

Is it gone?
