Accessing Account Panel

Hi i have registered on both the Forums here and for a website,

When i try to access my account panel is says i have to "Link Account"

I have the same username for both forums and site,

i try in my username and i get this error message, when i have clearly registered.

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

You can't have the same username for both the Forums and cPanel because cPanel has a limit of 8 characters on usernames.
You cPanel username will be listed in one of the E-Mails you received from us when you signed up.

Well my cPanel username is Beardie27 and it let me have it.

At the moment i have only received e-mails for registering on the forums, i have no e-mails related to the cPanel.

It would have shortened your username to 8 characters.
You should receive two E-Mails regarding your hosting account, the first saying that your account is in the queue, and the second saying that your account has been created. (Remember to check your SPAM box.)

I've checked the Junk E-mial box, nothing, i have recieved nothing regarding any of this.

Can someone send me the e-mails for activation of the cPanel, thanks.

Try re-registering for your account after visiting http://x10hosting.com/logout. It looks like there was an error during the account signup process.
