Accessing database

Sorry, if this question is obvious. Pretty new to this stuff. I'm trying to install PHP calendar and it keeps telling me:

Database connect failed (1045): Access denied for user 'clubcari_admin'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

The database is named, checks out right. Username is listed as full privileges. I know the password is right. Am I logging in with the wrong information otherwise?

It wants to know server hostname. Would that be "localhost" or the one listed as "cpsrvd..." ?

Any other ideas why this isn't working?

SQL_HOST ==> [ localhost ]
Note: x10hosting's free hosting accounts do not have remote MySQL database access (both incoming and outgoing from the account)
