Accessing Database

Hello there! I was wondering if it was possible to give someone else access to your database so they can add/edit tables, etc.? Or is this not possible?
For example, someone commissions me to create a website for them and gives me FTP access, but they don't know how to work with databases. Is there a way for them to give me database access without giving me their own cPanel login info?

Ahhh thank you but I can't seem to figure out how to make more users for this. Everything is telling me to open the Privileges tab, but I'm not seeing this. I'm not sure if perhaps you know how to add more users or why I'm not seeing this or anything, but thank you for the help!
