Accessing my databases and phpmyadmin

I have been trying to access phpMyAdmin all day, and it has been incredibly slow, if it comes up at all. I have been waiting for the past hour for PMA to show up, and nothing has happened.

Since phpMyAdmin has been absolutely useless, I'm wondering how you can access your databases remotely. I am using mysql administrator, and i would like to know what the hostname, port, username, and password i have to use to administer my databases.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am on the Cossacks server, ad free plan.
