Accessing website or cpanel

I can't seem to access either of them. Nothing comes up when I either type in the address or click on the cPanel button.

Try using a proxy. Google will give you loads of them.
If those load OK but neither your site or cPanel will load directly, your IP is probably blocked by x10's firewall.

Unfortunately, that's the address that isn't working for me. It just constantly loads and then ends up being completely blank. Tried other browsers as well.

It is not a 'solution'. It is part of pinpointing the problem.
If your IP is banned by the firewall, an Admin can fix it and tell you what caused it (repeated failed login attempts, trying to use ssh or other forms of login, etc ).

Tried a webproxy and it let me log in.
Who do I inform/what should I do now?
