accidently deleted the preinstalled folders in my host

hello guys i jsut activated this account... while installing joomla i had some issue with the ftp manager i use and accidently delted all the preinsatlled files i had on the site. at this moment i cannot create email addresses and missing some stuff.... is it possible to have a reset? i do not have any valuable stuff in it yet so a full delete would be fine.

EDIT:i deleted everything that came preisntalled even the /etc folder. now i cant create email
