Account Always Suspended

Sir / Madam:

My account is always suspended every time i log in. The reason is "inactivity". Your note says that the period is two weeks.

And every time I remove the suspension, my account returns to being suspended, in just a day.

I thought the period of inactivity considers two weeks, or 14 days?

Why suspend the account in just a day?

Did you sign up for more than one account on accident? Do you stay logged in to the forum for a few minutes each time so that the system realizes that you're here?

Are you sure you're logging into the forum (what the timer counts), not your web site cpanel, or your hosting account control panel?
