Account Banned: Multiple Account Confusion

Hello! I have been with X10hosting for a couple months and in those couple of months X10hosting has built me and my team to what it is today, which is why I regret to say that today when me and my team logged into X10hosting it came up with an error saying we have multiple accounts, I understand why it would say that due to how our team works, we all own a different department and for every different department we have a different accounts for 1 person, so for every person theres an account and we have built up to 5 accounts due to our department in range and today it says we are banned, we completely understand if this is against a ToS rule and if so we would like to request that we can get our files from our websites? Hopefully someone can send me a message back (Through discord would be perferred: "flzyy_") hopefully this message gets to a representative, thank you.
