I made an account yesterday on X10hosting with the domain http://statis.tk. However, my site has been blocked twice, while I was installing and configuring Drupal. The reason stated is as follows:

Can anyone tell me why is it happening?

If my resource consumption is too high, is there anyway I can shift my webhost without actually transferring my files on my PC and then to the other webhost?

This really has nothing to do with useful information at all.

Needs to go in the Free Hosting forums.

I see drupal's installed on one of the domains; from what I know Drupal, depending on configuration, can be a bit of a resource hog. Hang tight for staff to come by though, they might be able to go back to the logs and see what triggered it in particular though.

Edit: Forgot the most important thing, I undid the suspension for you :)

Thanks. :)

How do I transfer all my files from x10 to any other free webhost (say xtreemhost or byethost) without actually downloading them?

There isn't any particular way, unless they offer some automated service, in which case they may ask for ftp info, and even then you will still need to dump your mysql database.
