Account Blocked - Need Help

Hello, I tried to login to my account today and got an error saying I have multiple accounts belonging to the same person. I don't really understand how thats possible, but I am using this for my final project and need access to the dashboard. The best guess I have is that I've signed in on multiple devices before? Here is my error code: E9C9A0DEA485FBF0F.

Any help would be appreciated!
