Account blocked

Hello. When I try logging in, I get the below error:

Your Internet connection has been blocked due to frequent abuse.

Can someone please help me understand the above? And what can I do to unblock it?

Please ignore this message. It is alright now.

I think there is an issue when you access the page via vpn. My office network is via a vpn.
When I logged in via my mobile, it seems to work well.
