Account Broken

Hi,

I tried viewing my webpage at http://virtualtour.x10hosting.com/ and it says it's gone. I tried logging into my cPanel but it won't let me, and when I try going to my account management area, it asks me for my forum username and then rejects it: "The hosting username you specified does not exist."

I haven't logged into my account int a little over a month, if that had anything to do with it. But I really need my account. Would it be possible to fix this?

Oh, I'm really worried because I didn't backup my MySQL database. I hope it hasn't been lost. It'll be a lesson well learned anyway

If you have not logged in within 24 days your account has been terminated. After 14 days your account goes into inactivity suspension, You then have an additional 10 days to request a suspension lift. If you have failed to do so the account automatically get terminated.

Damn, oh well. Is there per chance a recovery facility? Not so much my files, just a copy of my MySQL stuff.

No, we don't hold any files as backups, it's your responsibility.

Actually, I'm having trouble re-registering now. If I click 'Apply Now' it eventually says "An Error Has Occurred You already have a hosting account, use it."

But if I click login, it logs me in successfully then asks to link my account with my forum account. It asks me for my cPanel username. I tried both 'exiztone' and 'virtualtour' and got the following message "The hosting username you specified does not exist."

I'd be really grateful if you could fix this.

I don't think you quite understand what we're trying to say. Your account is TERMINATED, that means deleted, as in there is no more files, mysql databases, there's nothing left for your account. I suggest, if you'd still like an account here, to go here, choose a package, make sure you thoroughly READ the Terms of Service, AGREE to them, and signup for your account. I'm going to close this, since there is no account to even work on.
