Account cancellation

Hello, there was an automatic update on my account, where my credit card was deducted the amount for 1 more year of the service. I had tried to cancel previously, but as I couldn't, I forgot to try again and the update was combined.

If it were legal, you'd make it easier to cancel. My ID 82315

I want to cancel and get a refund.

For future reference, it can be cancelled through your PayPal account in subscriptions.

I have notified an admin to take a look.

I do apologize please feel free to clarify this portion. As mentioned all subscriptions with our system are handled via PayPal. Therefore, you are free at anytime to cancel this.

However, I have refunded your latest payment and downgraded the account back to our standard free. Again, please make sure this is also cancelled on your end on PayPal to avoid future issues.
