Why has my account been closed - i reactived and this time it has just been deleted.
Why was my last ticket ignored about this issue ?

You put a good case accross for me transferring to you paid service !

I looked at your last ticket. You were asked a question but you never responded so your ticket was apparently closed after 48 hours of silence.

That question was: "When was the last time you logged into your accounts?"

Also, what was your cPanel username and the server name/website address?

I was expecting an email when a reply was posted which is why i didn't know it got answered.

can't remember the last time I logged in was when the account was active but around mid Feb this year

If you could also supply the server you were on and the last time you saw your site functioning properly. It might help us narrow down the possibilities.
