account creation (country blocked)

hi i want to sign up for a free account and when i go to the sign up page i cant as its says

Due to continued abuse from your country of origin we have currently disabled signups. Please try back at a later date.

when i searched the problem in the knowledge base it said that if such problems are faced then open a support threat and have the staff create an account for you and i searched the forum and found that many people had their accounts been made in smiler fashion

so i would like to have an account created withe
mail= phantom.omaga@gmail.com
pass=any (pm me it)
username=phantm1,2,4 (something like that)
sitename=manga2anime@(any sub domain)

i would be really grateful if any one of you could do so for me
