I received this e-mail message after trying to subscribe for a free website account

I previously had an account with the same username and subdomain:
http://valerio.exofire.net
but it was terminated due to a long period of inactivity.
I was told on the support forum to sign up again, and that's what i did,
but then after being put in the subscription queue i received this.
I tried to sign up again, but in the end i received the same message.
What can i do in order to have my account and subdomain back?

The username i chose was:This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.
The error that occurred was:
Whm error: sorry, a dns entry for valerio.exofire.net already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) (code create_1)
The error that occurred can most likely be resolved by signing up again for a hosting account here: http://x10hosting.com/hosting/signup
