I trust this message finds you well. I am reaching out to seek assistance with two concerns my inability to create an account on x10hosting using my gmail and the ban of my account, possibly due to VPN usage. Unfortunately, I am uncertain about the specific timing of these occurrences

Attempted Account Creation Email: joangiducos9@gmail.com

Issue Explanation: While attempting to create an account with the mentioned Gmail address, I received a notification stating, "Only one account is permitted per person." Additionally, it has come to my attention that my account may have been banned due to VPN usage. Unfortunately, I am unaware of when these events took place.

What is the domain for the account that was ban?

new rules were put in place on how many accounts can be used
that rule being 1 account per ip address,
but sometimes exceptions are made,
