Account Creation Issue

Hi,

I had an x10 account with the username: chiauly but due to inactivity account was deleted. Now when Iam tryin to re-create the same i get the below mentioned response in the email.

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was:

Whm error: sorry, a dns entry for chiauly.x10hosting.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) (code create_1)

What could be the problem??

Still the same issue.. i have recd the email without the reason..

I am able to create my account again. But when I am trying to park my domain name it gives the below mentioned error.

Adding Parked Domain

There was a problem creating the parked domain. Show Details
Error from park wrapper: chiauly.co.cc is owned by another user.
