Account Creation Problem

im back... :naughty:
after canceling my account chongkolai.x10 a month ago, now i registered my new account kulasa.x10hosting.com. but there is a problem..

i can access my cpanel but

but my account panel(WHM) i cant.


i received this from my email.
This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was:

Whm error: the username supplied already exists. (code create_1)​

but when i try to login in account panel

"username name does not exist"

Please re-signup with some other username.

i try to re-register again using another username.. but, "this forum name is already linked to an active hosting account"... do i need to create new forum account?

If you have an active account, then use that. Why you need to create a new hosting account ?

please delete kulasa.x10hosting.com account.. so i can link my new account to my forum account .thanks
