Account Deleted???

Hi, I have a problem yesterday I have a bandwith problem, but yesterday I could access to my account but today I have the problem that when I enter to http://mensajito.x10hosting.com it says Domain Available even I cant access to my cpanel and when I access to x10hosting account management says that I have to link my hosting account.
Could you help me please?

If you have not logged into the x10hosting forums for 2 weeks. The account goes into an "Inactivity" suspension.
You the have about 10 days to request that the suspension be lifted. Failing to do so the account automatically gets terminated.
If this is the case you then can use this link http://x10hosting.com/logout and resign up for another account.

No, I login to the x10hosting forums every day, so it couldnt be that because I follow the rules!!!, I dont know then what happent because like I said yesterday I had a bandwith problem and I report it

and terminated on:
