The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.

Your account has been permanently suspended for a zero tolerance violation of x10Hosting terms of service.
Your account will remain permanently suspended and deleted by the system sometime after at least 14 days have past - could be considerably longer.
We do not expedite account deletions under these circumstances.
