Hello,

That is not a valid cPanel username. A cPanel username must be 8 characters or less, alphanumeric.
You also need to post from the forum account linked to the hosting account you wish to delete. There does not appear to be an account linked to the one you originally posted from.
More information can be provided if you let us know your website. It's possible your account may have already been deleted due to being suspended for more than 14 days.
