Account disappeared [RESOLVED]

Hello and thanks for offering such an awesome service

I have the following problem:

A few days ago I asked for a PHP upgrade to v2. I received an email that said that the upgrade was successful. However, at the same time my account was suspended for "no index after a week or more". I completely understand this and it is totally logical (the thing is I was experimenting with e107 in a separate folder ).

I did not ask for "unsuspension" because I did not need it immediately. Recently though, when I logged into my account to start the unsuspension process, the system prompted me to "Connect my account to a forum username" (something I had done at the beginning). I tried using "mandiom" but it does not seem to work. I received the message "The hosting username you specified does not exist."

If my account was deleted, it's ok. However, I cannot sign up for a new one now.

Could you give me a hand?

Cpanel username and domain name please. Also was it an adfree or adenhanced account?

Thanks for the quick reply. The cPanel username was: "mandiom". It was an adfree account.

Unfortunately I have trouble remembering the subdomain extension because I changed it from "skyvortex.exofire.net" the day before the account was suspended. I am sorry to cause this mess If it is better for you, please feel free to delete and I ll make a new one.

It must have been terminated. You can go ahead and sign up for a new account. i have searched and it's nowhere to be found.

When I try to apply I get the message "An Error Has Occurred
You already have a hosting account, use it."

I think it worked. I signed up and my hosting signup has been added into the creation queue. Thanks a lot for the support. I see there's a reason why x10hosting.com ranks top in the free-webhosts.com list =) Thanks again.
