Account Dissapeared

My Account Exists On Forums And Control Panel But Not On CPanel Server,
The Account Panel Keeps Asking Me To Link My Cpanel Account, Which Ive Already Done, And Tells Me My Account Does Not Exist. When I Tried To Re-Apply It Tells Me I Already Have An Account So Use It.(Cheeky Script!)
The Script To Check Which Server Says Im On Ciroc But Cpanel Refuses My Details.
