Account doesn't exist problem

Greetings,

Signed up for account about 4 hours ago and after reading the online help I am requesting some assistance. Did not recieve an email confirmation and am not able to access the site I created using a Browser. I have been able to use the File Manager on the site and also accessed the site using an FTP client with no problems and uploaded the files. I can check the mail account using Web Mail but not with Outlook. I'm hoping these are simple problems from not having recieved the confirmation of site creation.

change the nameservers to
ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

The nameservers propagation may take 24 to 48 hours.
