when i try to log in from the x10hosting.com website i get this error:
"An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.
Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue."
Lately i was having more downtime then uptime, my server is lotus. I cant acces my website for 3 days now its totally down, cpanel doesnt work and ftp doesnt work, nothing works.
I chcecked if my account was suspended and when i typed in my username it said "account does not exist"
so i am worried that my account was terminated, although i did follow all the TOS!
My username is "aldar"
