Account Email address confirmation

I created my account yesterday but I haven't received a feedback e-mail yet. I tried "resend confirmation email" from my account a few times but with no success.
I sent a message yesterday to the hosting support but still waiting for the reply.

What is the reason of these problems? :dunno:

I still don't have the access to my account.

When I looged in there was a code but invalid.
When I looged again there was again the info to fill the comfirmation code.

Why haven't you simply sent me a valid code to my e-mail address?
