Account Error so cannot "link"

Hey I need some help defore I get suspended again. I am trying to link my account but when I log into www.x10hosting.com/account I get an error stating

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

What is your cPanel user name? Is it "Jass", "jass", or something totally different because that could make the difference.

No account with the username 'jass' exists on any server, Ad-Enhanced or Ad-Free.

Is that your username?

In this users suspended thread, I discovered his cPanel name is Jass1989 as evidenced here: http://forums.x10hosting.com/showthread.php?t=25207

Somehow he linked it with Jass instead of Jass1989 . So it needs to be unlinked so he can relink it with Jass1989.
