I have an ad-free free hosting account.

I need to log in because I typed in www.radicalflame.com for the domain to be hosted, and did not realize I was supposed to omit the "www."

I made a correction to the name server designation, and that fixed a bunch of problems.

however, I still cannot access the soholaunch sitebuilder. why is that?

As far as I can tell web disk is up and running:
cpdavd - accepting connections on 2077 and 2078

The inbound server should be setup by default. You need to just create E-mail accounts for the mail to go to. How are you checking the email?
