account error!

Hi I recently terminated my account so I can create a new account. I suppose that was alright. I got an ad-enhanced account with the corporate package type. I tryed logging into my account panel from the frontpage on x10hosting.com and an error message came up.

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue

Please help I really need to get started on the website.
